It may not be a standard Rayman game, but if you just want a fun time with friends, this one isn’t a bad choice. Rayman Raving Rabbids is, at its heart, a party game, and a decent one at that. There’s also the fact that several oversights mean not everything can be unlocked without the use of cheat tools. 'Another One Bites the Dust' has been covered, remixed and sampled by many artists since its release, and has also appeared in TV shows, commercials, films and other media. Given the age of the game, however, it does mean there are a few issues with things like being unable to change controls or have widescreen support without outside tools. Players have the option to play as a Rabbid or as Rayman, who has disguised himself as a Rabbid to infiltrate their plans. Add in the fact that there are several unlockables and challenges, and that means someone invested in the game can get a lot of mileage out of it. Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 is the second installment of the Raving Rabbids party franchise, in which the Rabbids attempt to invade Earth and have set up headquarters near a local shopping mall. This variety, combined with slight variations for some of the games, means it’s hard to get bored. The big positive to the game is the variety of different games to play, which range from simple yet fun to others that can be more involved and engaging. Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party, Rabbids Go Home, and the upcoming Raving Rabbids Travel in Time. It also helps that, despite its genre, there’s a fun single-player portion in there as well. As Rayman reaches an abandoned house, another strike causes the Rabbids to be teleported into the TV antenna, through down the wire, and trap in the TV. Unlike the console versions of the game, the Game Boy Advance version (GBA) is a platformer game similar to any previous versions.
